Structure Analysis Module

The Structure Analysis Module allows users to evaluate structural features of peptides from PDB files. This module supports the structural characterization of peptide candidates by extracting and analyzing molecular information that may be relevant to peptide function, bioactivity, and classification. The module also calculates 19 molecular descriptors organized by informative categories (molecular size, atomic constitution, lipophilicity, flexibility, polar surface, molecular groups, complexity, hydrophilicity, and hydrophobic moment).

To use this module, paste one or more peptide sequences in FASTA format (up to 3 per submission) in the box below, or upload a PDB file. Then click "SUBMIT" to start the analysis. To clear the input, click "RESET".
