Structure Analysis Module

This module generates the three-dimensional structure of the peptide, allowing the conversion of formats FASTA to PDB, as well as, the visualization of the three-dimensional structure of the peptide. The module also performs the clustering of the query peptides using a clustering algorithm using as input the structure of the peptide.

To use this module, firstly the user must paste the sequences in FASTA format on box indicated below. Then, the user must to select the protocol to perform the alignment and click the button 'SUBMIT' to start the alignment. To clean the sequences in query list, just push the button 'RESET'.
